Fagan & Michaud Insurance Agency is a family owned boutique agency specializing in personal asset protection and small commercial insurance coverage in Southwest Florida. Our main focus is protecting the best interests of our clients. Fagan & Michaud is an independent insurance agency that originated in 1996 as Jones & Jones Insurance. In 2010, father and daughter team, Lawrence Michaud and Jennifer Fagan purchased Jones & Jones Insurance. In early 2018, after over seven years together, Lawrence stepped down from his role and Jennifer became the sole managing partner.

Jennifer Michaud brings an unprecedented level of integrity, professional and insight to the management of personal asset protection. With over 25 years of dedicated experience, Jennifer has established her position in the industry by providing an elite level of customer service and consistently representing the best interests of her clientele.

She currently lives in South Fort Myers, Florida with her two sons Matheson and Callan, two very lovable Doberman pinschers, Bella and Olive. Jennifer enjoys an active lifestyle with her family, which includes working out, competing in road races, riding ATV's, volunteering at her children’s school and taking advantage of the beautiful Florida climate.

Ann Ragan:

Ann Ragan is the newest member and very valuable addition to the Fagan & Michaud team. As a customer service representative she strives to ensure each client receives the individual attention required to provide desired protection. Her passion for the industry and knowledge in customer service allows her to deliver an exceptional experience to each and every client she works with.

Ann is reliable and responsive, enabling her to be efficient and continue to grow lasting relationships. Ann believes customer care, positive experiences and professionalism is of utmost importance and is demonstrated in her demeanor and interactions with our clients.

Ann is originally from Kansas but has lived in Southwest Florida for the last 12 years. When she is not working you can find her enjoying time with family and friends, spending time outdoors and relaxing with her dog Mia and cat Kitty.

Karen Coors:

Karen Coors joined the Fagan & Michaud team in early 2017 and has been a respected asset to the firm. She has been in the insurance industry for three years and takes pride in finding her clients the best rates and coverage available to meet their needs. Her previous career experience was in the restaurant industry where she focused on marketing and providing the customers with the most out of each experience.

Karen is always upbeat, friendly and determined to make sure her clients have peace of mind with the insurance products they are obtaining. After the recent hurricanes in our area, she has visited with clients at their homes, helped answer their questions and concerns and been diligent in her efforts with adjusters to assist with having our clients claims settled promptly and fairly. Taking pride in customer service; she treats people as she would want to be treated.

Karen is originally from Illinois but has lived in Southwest Florida for the last 29 years. When she is not working, you can find her enjoying the outdoors, going to local events, spending time with her dog Roscoe and meeting new people.
